Do you offer credit accounts?

Yes. We offer instant credit accounts to public sector bodies.

Which Courier do you use?

We use various trusted couriers depending on location, availability and the nature of the order in question.  Our vetted couriers are familiar with transporting furniture goods across the UK

What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to customerservices@workplacefurniture.co.uk or call 0333 088 0038 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.

What do I do if there is a missing or faulty part when I receive my order?

Despite our best efforts this can occasionally happen. If you have a faulty or missing part please email us at customerservices@workplacefurniture.co.uk or call 0333 088 0038. We can usually get replacement parts to you within 24 hours.

What do I do if the furniture I receive isn’t what I was expecting or I just don’t want it anymore?

You have 14 days from date of receipt to request goods to be returned. Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. All goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to apply a charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.

Can you deliver to any floor of my building?

Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee will apply, which can be selected in the basket once the products have been added. If this option is not available, please do not hesitate to call us on 0333 088 0038 and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Can I track my deilvery online?

We don't have a live tracking device on our vehicles, however if you contact us through the Live Chat option on the site or call our helpline we will be more than happy to provide you with the latest information as to the progress of your delivery.

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is by credit/debit card. We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and JCB.

All our online credit card transactions are processed through Sagepay and complies fully with EU online credit card processing legislation.

New customers - companies wishing to apply for a credit account must register first and apply for a credit account online.

Government accounts i.e Council, NHS, Police, MOD, Schools, Universities, Colleges etc qualify for instant credit facilities.
